Private bedroom & bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath unit located in bridgeland. Rent is $1225 + WiFi & electric (1 heated underground parking stall included). Great location right beside the train, en-suite laundry, and the building has a small gym, common room & storage. *no pets

deposit is 1 months rent apartment is fully furnished aside from your room + bathroom
