Private room available in a 4 bed & 2 bath house for sublet from May 1 to June 30. Rent doesn’t include utilities, they usually cost around $50-$80 per month.
Parking available with no extra charge. About room: you have access to kitchen either basement or main floor. Access to powder room beside the room and you share main bathroom is one person. The room have direct access to backyard and no other room have this feature. A Closet with mirror sliding doors and a shelve. Big enough room to have a desk and fullsize bed (in pictures)

All other roomies are young professionals. PS there is another room available at the same price.
