Everything that you see in the picture expect for the dresser, shelf, desk, chair and bed will be taken down before one of us goes back to their home province.

We’re looking to sublet someone their own fully furnished private bedroom in a 3bed/1bath house apartment from 05/01/2024 to 08/31/2024. The apartment is located right off of Spring Garden Rd on a much quieter side street yet still only a few houses away from Dalhousie University’s Carlton Campus, and just a tiny bit further down University Ave is their Studley Campus making this room ideal for students!

Just around the corner on Spring Garden Rd, there are quite a few bus stops with more than a handful of different bus routes you can take also making this room ideal for anyone that relies on public transportation.

Being in such a prime location, there are dozen of amenities all within a minute walk away such as Lawtons, Subway, Family Focus walk-in clinic, Xtreme Pizza, Charger Burger, Mary’s Diner, and more!

This single occupancy, private room comes with all the utilities included and has on-site unlimited free laundry and drying machines!

We’re two females and one male. We’re all undergraduate students in our twenties completing our studies at Dalhousie and St. Mary’s University. We’re clean, friendly, respectful and easygoing. I own two, very well behaved, quiet, friendly female cats. You won’t have to take care of them as I make sure to attend to their every needs including frequently cleaning the litter box and feeding them as they have diet.
