Welcome to the Norwood House!
Offering a private room for rent in my 3600 sq ft home in Westwood Plateau, Coquitlam beginning May 1st (Earliest move in April 15th if rushed, latest May 15th).
It can be furnished or unfurnished.
Furnishings can include Queen Bed, dresser, desk and lamp.

It is a beautiful home with lots of positive energy and we want a tenant with the same vibe who doesn’t lead a wild life.
Both house and room photo’s are included.
No smoking, no overnight guests, no parties. Will be asking for references as this is a private home.
About the roomies
2 males below 40 plus a cat (very friendly).
1 woman moving in July to share master bedroom.
So MUST like pets!!! Very important 😻😻😼
We are generally quiet, enjoying each other’s company but keeping to our own very busy professional lives. We don’t have many guests over, enjoy sharing meals and conversations when we can, but are very welcoming and low-stress.
One of us is a developer/systems architect and the other is in marketing with a technology company.
