I move in April 15, better pictures to come! One large bedroom for rent in a legal 2 bedroom mid-century upper Main Floor suite in a quiet 4-plex in BANKVIEW. This unit has a large kitchen, a very large living area, spacious bathroom with a tub/shower.

The windows are massive, letting in tons of natural light. There is a shared coin-operated laundry room, and a large, fenced-in shared backyard

The location is amazing – it backs onto Buckmaster Park, the community centre is 1 block away, steps to the bus, close to the C-Train. 17th ave, grocery, restaurants and cafes are all walking distance. Close to downtown.

There is street parking in the area. Unfortunately, there are only 2 cats allowed, so cannot add any additional pets.

I’m a single professional (nurse) looking to rent out the second bedroom in my suite to save money in this wild housing market.

I work mostly evening shifts (3-11:30pm). On my evenings off I like to relax, watch TV, food prep etc., or get out and enjoy city life. I’m generally quiet and introverted when home also like to socialize sometimes.

The complex is quiet so it won’t be a party house.

I have 2 very sweet and chatty cats who love attention, they have free roam of the house (except your room of course).

I’m looking for a solo female who is professional, responsible, and quiet, who would hopefully be interested in renting the room longer term.
