Shared accommodation , furnished bedroom, shared kitchen , large living room and bathroom. Very quiet acreage suitable for working men or commuter. Best to have a car as I am not near the bus route. (2 KM.) I currently have 1vacancy coming up for September 1 after I finish a bathroom renovation. $750 month Includes utilities and wifi.
About the roomies
Large family home with shared accommodation . I live here and have separate entrance. This situation has worked well for working men that want a reasonable rent and quiet environment. There are no drugs including marijuana or alcohol on the property, which makes for a peaceful life. I have found it best to stick with working men as it is a shared bathroom situation.
