Our fully furnished basement for rent comes with a private storage, fridge, kitchen area, laundry and washroom. It is a great choice for a single student looking for a place to stay or two people who know each other.
It is located in a peaceful neighbourhood in Maple, ON. You will have access to a private entrance on the side of the house and you will have one parking space available to you. The price is $1550 per month and is included all the utilities and parking.
No pets or smoking allowed.
We require that you provide three months bank statement, credit report, an employment letter and your previous landlord referrence. We require three months rent in advance.
