Hi! This is a beautiful basement apartment right by Ossington and Dundas. All appliances are included (toaster, rice cooker, pots and pans, microwave, blender, etc.), and the common place is fully furnished (I have two couches, a big chair, a desk, some side tables). The bedroom currently just has a bed and a closet. It’s has the essentials, but space to bring additional belongings too. The location is great, and I personally love the look of the place. We have exposed brick in the living area, a new oven, and tons of storage/ closet space. Wifi is the only bill we pay which is 32$/month. We also have a washer and dryer in the unit that we share with the upstairs neighbours that is pay-per-use ($2/ cycle. I love this apartment, and I hope that whoever stays here next loves it too!!
I am 21-years-old, and just finishing up a BFA in Painting and Creative Writing. I am social and friendly, but usually quiet at home. I like having friends over (once-ish) a week for dinner, but I’ll always let you know in advance. I work full time hours as a server at a restaurant. I’m working most evenings, so I will be out a lot. I’m tidy and organized, looking for someone with ideally a similar lifestyle.
