Hi! This is a sublet listing from May 1rst- August 31rst. This is a beautiful basement apartment right by Ossington and Dundas. All appliances are included (toaster, rice cooker, pots and pans, microwave, blender, etc.), and the place is fully furnished! We have two couches, a big chair, a desk, a TV, and the bedroom has a bed, a side table, bookshelves, and a chandelier light fixture. The location is great, and I personally love the look of the place. We have exposed brick in the living area, a new oven, and tons of storage/ closet space. Wifi is the only bill we pay which is 57$/month, or 77$/month if you want to keep my sports chanells hehe. We also have a washer and dryer in the unit that we share with the upstairs neighbours that is pay-per-use ($2/ cycle. I love this apartment, and I hope that whoever stays here this summer loves it too!!
You would be sharing the place with one roommate. He is a 21-year-old film student named Ali. He is very kind, and respectful. He is quiet but friendly. Ali has friends over occasionally, but always lets me know in advance. He is very tidy, and overall a good roommate.
