Looking for a third roommate for our apartment condo! Your room would be the master and includes a half-bathroom and walk in closet with a washer. No parties, drugs, smoking, or pets as per tenant rules. we are looking for someone who is quiet, clean, and respectful! Apartment is close to Uptown and about 20 minutes from UVic and 30 minutes from downtown via bus.

We are both female engineering students who will be in our last semesters of school.
