Jenna's room

We are looking for an older female or female student to move into our 4 bedroom 4 bath townhouse.

(We will clear the room prior)

The location is just off the Aldergrove strip, close to bus stops, 711, pharmacy, close to highway, and close to long term care facilities if the individual is in health care.

The individual must be extremely clean, responsible, private, and hygienic.

The room available is on the first floor (very private) Small bedroom with private half bath bathroom. (Unfurnished) The rest of the bedrooms are on the third floor therefore you will have a private quiet area to sleep and relax on your days off. The shower is upstairs.

Wifi included, laundry included, kitchen included, parking outside available

We will not allow outside visitors or family of the tenant to come over as we are a very private household.

Must be a non smoker, non drug user, responsible individual, and very trustworthy.

My partner and I (male and female) have busy schedules. We both work during the week and are busy on the weekends.

In the evenings we are busy in the gym, Costco runs, and walking the dog.

We are very clean, hygienic, and take care of the household. The house is never messy. We take pride in ensuring we set a standard.

We do have a child that visits on the weekends but we will always be upstairs as the bed room is very private.

We do have a medium sized dog 🐶 he’s a funny cuddle bug. He does not bark and is very quiet.

The dog will not be permitted in your space.
