We are looking for an older female or female student to move into our 4 bedroom 4 bath townhouse. Or couple. (couple would cost more which can be negotiated)
The location is just off the Aldergrove strip, close to bus stops, 711, pharmacy, close to highway, and close to long term care facilities if the individual is in health care.
The individual must be extremely clean, responsible, private, and hygienic.
The room available is upstairs bedroom with private bathroom.
Wifi included, laundry included, kitchen included, parking outside available
We will not allow outside visitors or family of the tenant to come over as we are a very private household.
Must be a non smoker, non drug user, responsible individual, and very trustworthy.
My partner and I (male & female) have busy schedules. We both work during the week and are often out on weekends. Evenings usually consist of gym time, Costco runs, and walking our dog.
We are very clean, hygienic, and take pride in maintaining a tidy, well-kept home. The house is consistently clean and organized.
We do have a child who visits on weekends; however, we will always be upstairs, and the living arrangement remains very private.
We also have a medium-sized dog 🐶 — a quiet, friendly cuddle bug. He does not bark and will not be permitted in your private space.
