Semi-basement two-bedroom located in the beautiful Mile End neighborhood. The bedroom (Double Bed), includes utilities and high-speed wifi. The rental is available from June 1st. Can include a once-a-week single-load laundry service for an additional 25$. A warm and welcoming family (the owners) live on the floor above, but you’ll be renting the room from me.

The apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom includes a double bed, desk, chair, dresser etc. and has two large windows. The rest of the apartment (kitchen, living room) is also fully furnished. Looking for someone who respectful and appreciates open communication. Can be just for the summer or for longer.

I’m 25 years old and starting law school at McGill this Fall. My family is from Montreal, but I grew up in the US and have been living in Europe for the past 2.5 years.

I like cooking, listening to music/politics podcasts, and going running/to the gym. I speak english, german, and some french. I’m traditionally not super organized in my own spaces but I do keep shared spaces neat. I think I’m pretty chill and I’m open to living with most kinds of people :)
