The second level leads to the basement with in slab heating where you will find a full size kitchen and large generous living area. This suite features a ton of storage closets, hardwood flooring, and landscaped yard. This is a quiet adult building. This is a non smoking unit and property, sorry no pets of any kind. Proof of employment needs to be provided, damage deposit is one months rent due at time of signing.

There are two other roommates (one male and one female) sharing this house, both working full time. Outdoorsey, active and enjoy the quiet when at home. This is not a party house.
