The rent is approx $730/per month including utilities + $20 every three months for water.

• kitchenette in basement

Additional info to this lease

• there is an initial deposit of $1050. This includes the last month’s rent, the cleaning fee and lawn maintenance fee for the year, as well as the $50 charge for your key that will be refunded to you at the end of the year.
• Move in is May 1st and that is when rent starts. -Rent is payed on the first of every month, except for the first month, it is payed April 20th since it is a new groups of students. The rent is $730 per month plus $20 every three months for the water bill. Not including if the house decides to get wifi as a group.
• This bedroom is not one of the suite rooms and is located in the basement, you would also be sharing a bathroom with another girl.
• there is parking available in the driveway infront of the house
• the common areas of the home are all on the main floor. There is a living area with a tv, a kitchen, dining area, a bathroom, laundry area, and lastly there is a small backyard.
