Eva's room

Hi! I’m Eva and I’m looking for someone to sublet my private furnished room in a two bedroom apartment, right near Dalhousie’s Studley campus in Halifax, from May 1 to August 31, 2024. Rent is $1125 per person and this includes water, hot water, and heat. The apartment comes with in-unit washer and dryer (not coin operated!), dishwasher, other kitchen appliances, and heated floors! Electricity and wifi are not included. Street parking is available and on-site parking may be available if needed.

The pictures were taken before the apartment was furnished, but I promise it is furnished now!

The apartment is close to Quinpool Road, near grocery stores, restaurants, liquor store, etc. It is also under a 10 minute walk to Dalhousie. If you are interested, please send me a message about yourself and I hope to connect soon!
