I am looking for someone to takeover my lease. The lease will end on 24th August 2024. whoever is interested the room is available 1st may.

The room has private washroom and shower which has access within the room. The bedroom is furnished with queen size bed with a nightstand, cloth closet, dresser, and desk with office chair.

The apartment has 4 rooms. The common area in apartment has kitchen with many equipments and cabinets, living room, and laundry room as pictures demonstrates

Fee = (Rent fee: 751$) +  (cleaning common area service fee: 35$) = 786$/month

I have parking permit in one of parking spaces in campus. The parking is 10-15 minutes walk from home. I can give the parking permit for free if you took the room.

I am living here since 2018 that’s why fee cheaper than going directly to lease office. May you can stay here for next year if you like it with 2.5% increase on rent fee

Requirements if you are planing to stay after August:

proof of enrolling in education program ( like student’s schedule or admission)

guarantor signer must has at least $55k yearly income

If you are staying just summer (4 month), both of these requirements not needed.
