The House:

The house is located near the hospital close to several amenities such as the dollar store, country grocer, a pharmacy and major bus routes.

The house (fully furnished) would be shared with my current roomate Delainy and I.

We’re looking for a respectful young adult who is willing to be an active participant in the household. We are looking for someone kind who is considerate of common areas and everyone’s personal and private lives. Also someone who can communicate effectively with a reliable income. We both enjoy our personal and quiet time, so unfortunately for most, this is not a party house. We both work full time and don’t want to be a disruption to our neighbors.

We value things such as good communication, active participation in the house day-to-day, cleanliness of shared spaces and respect for everyone in the house. We stress a tidy home and respect of each other’s spaces. We expect the same respect in return. These things are non negotiable, so if you feel as if you could not uphold these values, please do not apply. The house is pet friendly but there must be a pet deposit.
