Bedroom includes sitting area and sleeping nook. Shared kitchenette and bathroom with one other late 20s female. Kitchenette equipped with full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, induction hotplate and everything you will need to prepare light meals.

Separate entrance to basement, plentiful street parking. Close to bus routes and bike paths. $750/month includes internet and laundry. Each roommate pays 20% of hydro bill (should not be more than $50 every 2 months during peak use).

Downstairs laundry room, media room and backyard areas shared by entire household. Homeowner, teen and pets live upstairs.

Perfect for a serious, quiet student or working young person who is looking for a calm, safe environment–no parties or frequent guests permitted. No smoking or vaping anywhere on property. Limited storage outside of the bedroom, so would not be suitable for someone with a lot of stuff. Sorry, no additional pets.
