• you will have your own bathroom and your room has window with nice view and proper door ( no glass door).
• month to month basis
• deposit first and last with $300 for key fob condo (refund at the end when keys are returned ) 5 mins walk from Vaughan Mills / Vaughan Subway Station and transit hub. All utilities included along with all appliances in the common area (living room and kitchen appliances, as long as you can keep it tidy and clean)

Hello future roomie. I am 27 y.o professional working female. Me and my puppy will the only roommate you have. He is Pomeranian very loving and cute. If you like dog you will like him a-lot. I work alot and have 1-2 day off per week. Im home mostly at night time. So you will get to see my dog more than me, hence why i need someone that loves dog to share the place with. You can book a viewing after we have the place. im not moving in till May 1st so viewing have to be after then, the condo is fairly new too, so i can only show you the unit after i moved in.
