Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublet my room this summer (around May 1st to August 31, exact dates are flexible) in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment near the intersection of Spadina Avenue and Sussex Avenue.

The rent is $1486 per month, including all costs (wifi, utilities, etc.), and the building has laundry, a gym, party room, and study room (more info on amenities . The unit has a dishwasher, and there is also a private balcony in the room and a second balcony in the living room.

2 minute walk from Metro and Shoppers, and very close to the University of Toronto campus (around a 5 minute walk to Robarts Library).

The kitchen and washroom will be shared with another subletter, and the whole unit will be furnished (plus kitchen and cleaning supplies, etc!)

The unit does not include parking, but there is lots of street parking nearby.

You will be living with another subletter (my roommate is also subletting her room) who is a Queens student!
