Looking for a long term roommate in a 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom basement suite for May 1st! Details:

• rent is $700 per month without utilities- utilities- usually $100ish per month
• located by Cedar Hill & Pear street, about a 25 minute walk to uvic or Camosun, easy access to buses
• 5-10 minute walk to the grocery store & many restaurants
• in-suite washer/ dryer & dishwasher
• Fully furnished kitchen and living room
• Unfurnished bedroom with a spacious closet & perfect nook for a desk or vanity
• Big pantry & shared under the stairs closet with tons of space
• 1 spare parking space

My boyfriend and I are looking to find a third roommate for May 1st as our current roomie is moving back home after finishing up her schooling in Victoria. We are looking for one person to take this second bedroom as the landlord is uncomfortable with having more than 3 people living in the space. Myself (Olivia), and my boyfriend(Will) are both busy people in our twenties. I am a full time child and youth care student and a part time support & childcare worker, Will is employed full time. We’d love to keep up a friendly, respectful, and comfortable living space with our new roommate!
