Laundry is pay-per-use, located inside the building. All utilities are included except for wifi and electricity. Bedroom can be furnished (but the lease would have to begin mid-May), or can be unfurnished starting May 1. All common areas furnished.

One other person living in the unit. She’s a grad student at Queen’s. She generally keeps to herself but enjoys watching tv and movies together. Very comfortable and relaxed household. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and friendly.
