About the room
This is a summer rental June or July to the end of August. Could consider 30’day stay too.
The bedroom for rent has a double bed, desk and night table. We share a bathroom.
Great main level patio deck to enjoy with easy access to outside parking. Free parking in guest parking.
Move in date is flexible between June 1 and Aug 1. Great access to buses, paths, grocery stores. U of Vic direct bus is a ten-minute walk. City bus runs out front on Quadra Street. Guest parking easily accessible.
About the roomies
I am a 4th year female Psychology major taking summer classes at U of Vic and working part-time over the summer. I hope to find another female student for the summer period. I am social but also like quiet private time. I respect others needs for privacy and space.
