Private room available with closet in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bright basement apartment in the Eringate area (near Pearson airport). Rent is $1200 per month with all utilities included, in unit laundry, and off-the-street parking. Living area and kitchen is furnished (can be changed) and the bedroom can come with a bed frame and mattress or the bed can be removed if not needed! Very nice residential area with lots of parks around, very close to bus routes that go directly to Kipling station.

I am a 24 year old female working full time in office Monday to Friday. Looking for a roommate who is clean, and respectful of the common areas. Open to becoming friends with my roommate, hanging out in the common areas or going out together :) Outside of using the kitchen, I spend majority of my time in my room or out of the house with friends.
