A furnished room, complete with a comfortable Queen bed, ceiling fan, spacious dresser, and ample closet space to keep you organized. It is tucked away on the 2nd floor at the back of a townhouse, giving you more privacy. There is one full bathroom on the 2nd floor, and another half bathroom on the main floor.

The Townhouse is in a quiet complex, part of a rapidly evolving neighbourhood, and very close to the UofT Scarborough campus. Absolutely EVERYTHING you need is literally within short walking distance - from TTC stops (3 bus routes), banks, shopping, groceries, and several restaurants to choose from. A shopping plaza with a Walmart and Cineplex is also a short distance away.

Included: ~ 1 parking spot ~ Utilities: Water, Heat + A/C ~ High-speed Internet ~ Washer/Dryer (detergents not included) ~ Full access Kitchen for Cooking (groceries are your responsibility). ~ Your own designated space in each shared area (your own section in the: fridge, kitchen pantry, bathroom storage, linen closet) where you can keep your personal items organized and feel more at home.

You must be tidy, clean up after yourself and put things back as you found them.

50% Deposit is to secure the space and the remaining 50% balance is due before you move in. Rent is expected the 1st of each month.

I’m a down-to-earth woman , who owns 2 friendly huskies. As I work from home (Entrepreneur), I’m usually tucked away in my own office space in the basement for most of the weekdays, ensuring your peace and quiet in the main areas.

I enjoy spending time at home, and I also love getting outside with the dogs, trying new restaurants and taking in the arts.

My home is a very tidy and chill atmosphere, and I’m all about mutual respect and privacy, while still being warm, friendly and approachable. I don’t care for parties and definitely NO smoking.
