This new, quiet, well-lit house is near downtown, a shopping plaza, bus stops, Confederation Park, a gas station, and other amenities. It is accessible from 14th Street, 10th Avenue, and Northmount Drive.

Stay in a private loft with an attached private pocket bathroom and a full private bathroom. There is also a workout room, an in-suite kitchenette, a shared kitchen, and a gaming/movie area.

Queen bed, linens and towels, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, fan, AC, WIFI, & Netflix, washer and dryer. Access to kitchen, gaming area, and patio.

This is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom home. Four adults live here, occupying three rooms. One room is a workout room, and one room is a guest bedroom. We have two friendly cats. No smoking.
