The apartment is a decently sized two bedroom apartment in downtown Nanaimo.

The room itself is a bit on the smaller side with a bed and desk, and a door to the balcony. Laundry is in suite, the apartment has Wifi included and Ethernet fed to the bedroom (WiFi has quite good download speeds.) It has a long balcony that circles from the living room to the bedrooms.

We will be sharing the fridge and cupboards. No smoking in the house, drinking in moderation is fine, cannabis is the same rules as smoking.

I rarely leave my room so the living room and dining room are all yours to use. Been in a bit of a slump so I apologize if cleaning is done intermittently but I don’t expect you to go crazy cleaning the place. It is within walking distance of the waterfront and Nanaimo bus ex loop area.

I don’t leave my room very often, and I tend to be quite quiet, but feel free to chat about any topics with me when you see me. I can sometimes help with question regarding VIU as I used to be a student. I do not smoke (cigarettes or cannabis) or drink, and I very rarely go out. If you need to contact me text or discord is the best way.

I tend to stay up late doing web design/playing video games, I will keep the volume down and feel free to ask me anything/inform me if I’m being too loud. I take no offence to anything.

If you want to use any spices or take anything from the fridge feel free to ask, I’m fairly laid back.
