Subletting a room in an apartment with 3 other roommates from April 30th - August 30th.

The apartment is a 20 min walk from Dalhousie campus and downtown Halifax. The 4 and 90 bus stops are 2 min away as well!

The room itself is pretty spacious. It can fit a bed, a dresser, a desk, etc. and comes with a window. The photo used for the room is old, but it is still exceptionally clean, just unfurnished (+ mirror).

The bathroom is a shared space with one other roommate, and the living room and kitchen are very spacious. The apartment also comes with a washer and dryer a decent amount of storage space :)

*Internet and power is not included (Cat is also not included).

*There will most likely NOT BE A DEPOSIT because we are just looking for a sub-letter, so I just input the deposit from when I first moved in.

There are 3 of us, and we’re all ~23 years old! All of us are homebodies and are generally pretty quiet, however we still like to go out for drinks every once in a while. If there is any issue of noise let us know and it will be dealt with immediately! The same goes for any mess as well. Overall, just looking for someone clean and respectful!

We all get along really well, and go out for dinner/see movies together :)
