About the room
The apartment is a 20 min walk from Dalhousie campus and downtown Halifax. The 4 and 90 bus stops are 2 min away as well!
The room itself is pretty spacious. It can fit a bed, a dresser, a desk, etc. and comes with a window. The bathroom is a shared space with one other roommate, and the living room and kitchen are very spacious. The apartment also comes with a washer and dryer a decent amount of storage space :)
I’m unsure of the deposit for the apartment as of right now, but I remember it being around $300 when I first moved in!
About the roomies
There are 3 of us, and we’re all 22 to 23 years old! We’re all homebodies and are generally pretty quiet, however if there is an issue with noise please let us know and we’ll be quiet! The same goes for any mess as well. We keep it generally clean but it can get a bit cluttered from time to time.
We all get along really well, and go out for dinner/see movies together :)
It may be worth mentioning that we are all LGBTQ+, so any form of homophobia, transphobia, racism, etc. will not be tolerated.
