East 4th Street

Hi there, I am looking for a roomate, male or female, to share my current space in a beautiful neighborhood of Lower Lonsdale with great south facing views of the city of Vancouver.
Close to everything near all bus routes and a 10-15 minute walk to the Seabus.

It is a duplex home and I live on the top floor, own entrance with a front yard for gardening etc and has street parking in front of the house.

I have occupied this suite for 5 years with a good relationship with the landlords and would like to keep it that way so I am looking for a roomate that is respectful of this.

The suite is a shared two bedroom/one bathroom unit with some storage for each of us for smaller things. The room comes unfinished, however the suite is furnished however should you furnishings and things you’d like to bring I am definitely open to that! Own laundry is downstairs.

Im an active mature male, working full time Monday thru Friday day shifts (8-2:30pm). Outgoing and active but also like my personal time and am looking for someone that also likes their personal and quiet time and like the balance of being social but also introvert-like at times as well :)

When not working, I’m usually out and about and not usually around on weekends if the weather forecast is nice :)

I’m looking for an April 15th or May 1st move in date but also be flexible for the right person as it’s more important for the right fit and the right jive rather than be in a rush. Rent includes heat/hot water. The only thing we split is the internet/tv. Please reach out if you would like to chat or set up a meeting or viewing. NO PETS. And ideally looking for longer term.
