This place has been a joy to live in. It has a little bit of everything, and lots of space. I am very responsive to any requests, repairs, or even upgrades. I have a few upgrades in mind but am happy to get input from you on what you’d like to see first. I liked the cosy deep green in the master bedroom, but I’m open to changing to a colour of your choice before move in date. I know the dark colour makes this huge room look smaller than it is.

We’re interested in finding a tenant sooner rather than later, so we’ve priced this lower than market rate. We know you’ll love living here as much as I have.
