About the room

Fabulous clean, well maintained home on safe, quiet street with plenty of street parking. 11 minutes to downtown Calgary and close to Max Bell LRT station. Optional furnished, or unfurnished room.

About the roomies

Home was just purchased and looking for responsible roommates. Owner (Liam) is 28 years old and rarely home as he stays at his girlfriends house often. Basement is rented out to the owner’s cousin and his girlfriend. Easy going household. No parties, like to play boardgames occasionally. Liam owns a busy landscaping company. Home is located on a quiet well kept street and is close to transit.
