Additional information: You will have access to your own bathroom located in the living area. My roommate has his own bathroom in his room. The unit has a washer and dryer (in your bathroom) and a large balcony. The building has a gym and a concierge. It is a walking distance to Metro, Freshco, Dollarama, RBC, 929, 29, 501, many bars and restaurants.
