The room has its own walk-in closet (not shared), has an opening to the balcony, and a really nice view when the sun is setting. Being right next to STC, accessible from the 2nd floor, it’s very efficient and makes STC “a stone throw away.” Another benefit of the property is that it’s right next to the bus loop! The concierge is very kind and helpful and the people that reside in the building are also very friendly.

Hi! I’m Josey, I’ll be your only roommate. I attend UTSC and am in the business management program with a specialist in HR. I’m a pretty mindful roommate, organized, neat, and tidy. I really enjoy cleaning because seeing a tidy place makes me happy! I cook my own meals but I also enjoy cooking for others, and am learning how to bake! I regularly frequent the gym (an amenity of the building) so if you also like going to the gym we could be gym buddies!
