Oscar Street

• I am a grandmother in her 70’s and leaving town for a few months. I have a lovely garden suite in the very quiet and safe Fairfield area close to Cook St. Village which has all the amenities one would look for in a “village”.
• I am looking for a short-term roomie to share the suite with my present roommate. • I am looking for an honourable and dependable person who values cleanliness and would respect my cherished home belongings. • You would be sharing the fully stocked kitchen, dining area and bathroom with my roommate, though he is away a good majority of the time. • You would have the large desk area as well as the living room area as your personal space, with the sofa opening up to a reasonably comfortable bed. • You would have access to a relaxing patio in a very quiet and private yard. • Since I do not know the date of my return, the understanding would be that this arrangement would finish upon my return (possibly 3 to 4 months, possibly more) with of course as much advance notice as possible.

Roommate is a 30 year old kind, respectful, friendly and resourceful young man whose passion is fishing. He is centering his career on fish: working retail in fishing, teaching fishing, lecturing about fishing and of course actually fishing himself!
