FURNISHED BRAND NEW 3 BED 3 BATH CONDO -Looking for roommate - I am a 3rd-year student at UofT looking for someone to occupy the master bedroom in our fully furnished 3 bedroom condo. Details below:

• 10 minutes to UofT St. George Campus, George Brown Campus Amenities: The building is brand new and accessible and includes a gym, lounge, study areas, terrace, and many amazing amenities (to be ready soon). Rooms: The rooms are fully furnished, each with its own private bathroom, closet, a full-size bed, desk, and chair. The common living space has a sofa, chair, coffee table, Smart TV, dining table, balcony access, kitchen, and washer/dryer. Available room is the master, it has floor to ceiling windows on two sides with a great view of Dundas square, with a larger full bathroom. Unit is going for $2000, utilities and wifi included. I’m currently a third year student at University of Toronto studying finance under Rotman Commerce. I live in my parents condo unit for rent right in the city during the year for school and work in the summer and make frequent trips back to my hometown not too far for the weekends. My families background is from Pakistan however I was born and raised in Toronto.

The other roommate living in the third bedroom is currently a Human Resources student at George Brown who recently came to Toronto from the U.K., although I believe his background is Indian. He previously had a career in Finance in the U.K. and came to Toronto as he was looking to make a career switch, and he is a very polite and quiet guy.
