Hey! I’m renting out the third bedroom in my house! I recently renovated so everything is new. New hardwood floors, windows, kitchen, doors, paint etc. We are a friendly group here and pretty easy going. It is 3 in total and I am looking for a female only.

• Just north of the Junction neighbourhood
• Rent includes all utilities and wifi
• Big backyard with a deck and BBQ
• Laundry is in the basement

• Looking for someone who is friendly and clean.

I’m the owner and I work in social services. I’m pretty easy going and like to socialize with friends. When I am at home I will give you your space and also enjoy socializing when it makes sense! The other person living here works in landscaping however she is moving out July 1st to be closer to her work in the east end of the city.
