About the room
Looking for someone to take over my room in a 1 bed 1.5 bathroom house in Kits on W 12th! Shared space with other UBC students, looking for someone quiet and clean 5-minute walk to 99 bus (20-minute trip to UBC). The 4, 7, 14, 25, 33, and 84 are all close by as well 20-minute bus to Jericho Beach Right outside Almond Park Great location by Greektown, there’s lots of restaurants and shops nearby (in both directions)
Some more info about the place Rent is $1350 including utilities and a cleaner. The room will be unfurnished except for the desk, but the room has a built-in closet, and cupboards for all your stuff (by the window). There’s a bed available, but it’s not on the property so it would be preferred if you brought your own. Laundry is on-site. You will need to bring your own detergent, but running the machine doesn’t cost anything.
No smoking.

About the roomies
Roommates are two third UBC students studying business and one second-year UBC student studying comp sci. Typically keep to selves other than when in the communal kitchen area.
