The room is spacious and clean, providing any individual enough space for room necessities. The bedroom is located at the front of the house and has a large window that provides nice sunlight during the day. This available room is the furthest away from the others, in a three-bedroom shared house. The house has 1.5 bathrooms and is currently furnished, except the bedroom for rent is unfurnished. Rent per month is 900$ with utilities included, but wifi is separate (about 26$ monthly). The deposit fee consists of paying last month’s rent and a refundable key deposit, but further details about the lease agreement can be available upon request. Our house is very cute corner property with a large driveway, a backyard, storage shed, as well as in house laundry. We are located on a fairly busy street, with a five minute walk to a convenience store near by, about a fifteen minute walk downtown and about a twelve minute walk to the bus stop, to take a eight minute ride to campus. We as roommates are two girls (Megan and Teagan), going into our third year at Guelph University (20 years old), and our majors are Sociology and BioMed. We are decently social people and enjoy hosting occasional get togethers on weekends, but are focused on our studying throughout the week. We also both have a car that would be parked in the driveway. Additionally, we are very communicative people that try hard to avoid conflict/drama within our house, as we always want it to be a safe space for everyone.
