One private room available from 1st May 2024 for rent for one person only in a 2 bedroom (1 den) 2 bathroom apartment near Metrotown. We are 3 people , so you will be sharing the common area with other 3 housemate.
Looking someone for long term at least 6 months.
Room is unfurnished, however mattress can be provided if needed. You will be sharing the washroom with one more person.
The place is 5 min walk to Patterson station and 7 min walk to Metrotown station & metropolis mall . And even the bus stop is 2min walk from apartment.
Central Park is right behind the apartment and has an amazing view from the balcony and room.
The apartment has GYM, Games room, sauna and pool facilities.
Rent: 1150 + utilities (depending on month to month )
Looking for a neat and clean person (no negotiation in terms of keeping of the house clean)
