The apartment is a brand new build (18 BLU-LOR Lane, Orillia, Ontario, L3V 8P4), right on the water, 10 mins. from Lakehead University and has 2 car parking (garage & driveway). Open concept main floor including powder room, huge kitchen with brand new appliances, living room and dining room with a balcony. Two big bedrooms (can fit king size bed) with spacious closets, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room on the same floor. Back door access to walking/ biking trails and private rooftop patio. On site outdoor pool access.
About the roomies
Clean, respectful, reliable, considerate and trustworthy mature student beginning my Bachelor of Education at Lakehead University. I enjoy time spent outside in nature, going out with friends, and having low-key nights at the house. I would love to have a roommate who shares these things in common with me to ensure a great year!
