Available may 15th. (Room needs fresh paint it will not have the brown accent wall. and the carpets are to be steam cleaned so the room isn’t available until the 15th)

Large master bedroom for rent in shared townhouse. $800 for a single person. $1000 for a couple. Utilities +wifi included.

Street parking, shared laundry. 1.5 bath.

Masterbedroom is on the top floor with 2 other bedrooms and the full bathroom (bathtub)

Main floor is fully furnished, kitchen(dishwasher), living, and dining area. And .5 bath.

Basement has a small storage space along with shared laundry and another bedroom(occupied)

Myself(31), fiance(29) and son (1y) share the basement bedroom. (We have one older cat 9years old she occupies the livingroom) We are very boring somewhat anti social gamers. I’m a stay at home mom my fiance is a roofer.

We have a female(21) roommate moving in June 1st to occupy the midsized bedroom on the top floor. (She also has a 4 year old cat which will stay in her bedroom) nice young lady, she’s in school for early childhood education and will be a live in nanny for us until November 1st.

And the master bedroom and smallest bedroom are also on the top floor. If you’d like more space we can rent the smaller guest bedroom out to you for an additional $200, perfect for an office space/gaming/crafting or storage. It is currently housing very temporarily a mother cat and 2 kittens they should be rehomed no later then June 15th.

This is a quiet family household, no over night guests, no parties. Must be quiet after 10pm.

No dogs No druggies No drunks. 420 outside off the property. (1 cat may be permitted so long as it remains in your bedroom)

Smoking tobacco is allowed in the gazebo or your bedroom so long as you keep your door shut and window open.

Must be clean and tidy, hording dishes, garbage, or other filth in your room or around the house will not be tolerated.

It is expected that everyone in the home will contribute to keeping the home clean. such as vacuuming/moping the shared floors, cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms. Dishes and kitchen counter tops. Taking out the garbage. Etc. Failure to contribute a fair share of household chores will result in a 30 day eviction notice.

Since the kitchen is rather small and there is no shelving or refrigerator space to do grosaries separately, you can either keep your food seperate in your bedroom or contribute to a shared food bill. (We do have a spare minifridge you are welcome to use if you choose to keep your food seperate)

All personal items are not to be shared, such as towels, soaps, shampoos, brushes, laundry soaps/detergents, make up etc. Bring your own and do not use what’s not yours.
