Logan's room

Large 2400 sq ft townhouse w 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Large updated kitchen with gas range, air fryer oven, large kitchen island. Driveway parking available. Tons of storage space if needed. Front load washer/dryer. Room can be furnished or not. Bathroom will be shared but there is a double vanity so sink/storage will not be shared. All utilities and wifi included. There is a small (13lb) hypoallergenic dog that lives in the house, she is friendly but she mostly keeps to herself as she likes her space. When I am not at home for more than a few hours she goes to my parents, as they live close by. Located in a beautiful neighbourhood in Oakridge with mature trees and low traffic. There is a large outdoor deck on the second level, as well.

House is owned by a single, working professional is his mid-30s. I work about 60 hours a week, 3 days from home, 2 days in office, and nights/weekends in hospitality. Very clean, very respectful. The house is furnished very nicely, so I am looking for someone who appreciates that, and will respect the house and furniture within. The house is generally quiet, rarely have company over.
