Close to Amazon, and Wellington road. We have 2 small dogs who are friendly but afraid of other dogs. Located in a nice area of town. Price includes everything but food. There is also washer and dryer which are free to use.

I own the home and my teenage son and boyfriend live there with me. One additional friend rents out a basement bedroom. We are pretty quiet during the week but weekends include housework, extra teenagers hanging out in the basement and a bit more ‘traffic’ around the home. We do have people over on the weekends maybe once a month. I work full-time, son attends school, basement tenant works afternoons full-time and my bf is currently not working so home all day.
