The house is located an 8-minute walk from the University of Calgary and a 5-minute walk from the Redline CRT station. Along with a 20-minute commute to downtown and grocery stores in close proximity.

All bedrooms are unfurnished, with a shared bathroom. With a shared kitchen and amenities. In-suite washer and dryer, and dishwasher. One rear parking space is available along with on-the-street parking as needed. The house includes an outdoor space with a porch and a fire pit. Unfortunately the house is not pet friendly.

Myself and my roommate are two girls in our 20’s both working and going to school. We are both friendly and social people but enjoy a clean space. We love art, movies, and music! Our house is LGBTQ+ and cannabis friendly.
