The 138 bus to Crowfoot Station stops right outside the complex and we’re only a 5 minute drive from the park-and-ride. Free street parking.

Fast and easy access to downtown or out to the Rockies. Lots of parks and green spaces in the community.

We pride ourselves on keeping our home clean and tidy, and we expect the same from our roommates. The house is professionally cleaned once a month. All appliances are functioning and well maintained.

No parties, no drugs, no smoking/vaping/cannabis, no pets, no subleasing and no visitors please. 3 months minimum rental.

You’ll be sharing the house with the owners, a couple in late 30’s, as well as with a female professional in her late 20’s. We are quiet, clean, and easy-going. The owners occupy the basement while tenants live in the second floor.
