Furnished room with table and chair for FEMALES only, shared washroom with one person. near york university. Bus stop just outside house. Need clean and tidy girl to take up the room. 2 windows for proper ventilation and big washroom with drawers space. All utilities are included in the rent: $700 per month

house has total of 5 rooms , quiet living and clean environment. Cleaning of the common areas are done twice a month by the owner..so the people living dont have to worry about common areas. Washrooms needs to be cleaned by users themselves
