Renting out the Primary/Master bedroom, which comes with its own bathroom (ensuite) and one parking space. Utilities are divided among all tenants, and first and last month’s rent is required. Currently I’m living with my current roommate who has her boyfriend and dog, but they will be moving out this month and rooms will be available for June 1st. Those rooms will also be available for rent at a cheaper price as the washroom is shared among those 2 rooms.
