A Condo Building which is a little more than a mile away from Square One, a major shopping Mall; Walmart and many other popular retail stores. There is a Gymnasium and Party Room in the building premises.

This is a private room, with a separate ensuite washroom, a decent size wardrobe, comes with shared kitchen and a living room.

I’m from a Recruitment Industry, been in Canada for 10 years now.
