Walk out basement suite in beautiful North Van, in Grousewoods. A few minutes from all the trails! it is fully furnished and probably not a lot of room for extra furniture. I am open to short term rentals as well.

I am 37 F and have a very friendly senior lab mix. Unfortunately the landlords do not want anymore animals. I am outdoorsy and enjoy hiking the grouse grind every morning. I work evenings and enjoy cooking and hanging with my friends.
