Hi! My name is Samantha :) I have a 1.5 year old mini-poodle named Bowie, and we are getting ready to move into our new apartment in the Ward area of Guelph, and will be looking for a roomie to join us!

A little about me… I’m a 36-year-old single woman, and I’m a professional actor/musician/music teacher. I’m outgoing, friendly, and consider myself really easy to get along with. My work schedule tends to be very busy, and super varied week to week. I very much value my home as my retreat, and like to keep my space tidy and cozy. When it comes to my down time I like to get real chill…unwind with a glass of wine, a joint, and a good movie or tv show. I love to cook, bake, play music, and in the spring/summer months I’ll be outside in the garden as much as possible! Bowie and I are outdoor lovers, so we love to go for hikes and explore the different trail systems around the city! Also love a good night out checking out restaurants and bars downtown, especially if there’s live music involved! I am a huge fan of thrift shopping, antiquing, and trips to the farmers market. Oh, and we LOVE scary movies…major bonus if you do too!!!

I am a working actor/musician, so hopefully you’re okay with the fact that I may be working on something related to that from time to time around the apartment.

Bowie and I are looking for someone who is clean/tidy, trustworthy, respectful, has reliable and consistent income, cannabis friendly, and will treat the space like home! Ideally we get along really well, find lots of things in common, and can feel comfortable hanging out together in the space. Oh, and also, obviously MUST LOVE DOGS :)

We don’t move into the apartment until June 1st, and won’t be able to show the room until then. We are hoping to find someone for July.
