I’m seeking to sublease my furnished room with own bathroom in a condo from July 7th through October 7th. The building is owned by Phoenix Condos in Etobicoke, and its location is exceptionally convenient, situated in the finest part of Lakeshore West. It’s a mere 17-minute walk from Mimico Station, with various TTC buses servicing the area, and just a 12-minute stroll from the lakefront. The breathtaking lake view from this 24th-floor apartment adds a touch of splendor to each day.

The residents of the building are notably friendly, and its proximity to Grand Avenue Park ensures a delightful atmosphere, with happy dogs always frolicking nearby.

The condo offers an impressive array of amenities, including a sauna, gym, party room, outdoor pool, lounge, games room, guest room, and BBQ facilities.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious walk-in closet furnished with an IKEA dresser. The room, reminiscent of a den, features a glass wall affording a captivating view of the lake, which can be elegantly covered with the navy blue curtain provided. The entire apartment is tastefully decorated and receives ample natural light during the day, while the lamps create a cozy ambiance at night.

You will be sharing the space with my roommate Genevieve, who enjoys cooking frequently and maintains tidiness as Monica from Friends, ensuring that the apartment remains orderly. Therefore, cleanliness is very important, and you will be expected to maintain the same standard and leave the kitchen and common areas as you found it. We refrain from hosting parties in the apartment; however, if you wish to host one, you can reserve either the games room or the party room within the building. Effective communication is essential; for instance, if you plan to invite someone over, please inform her in advance so she can accommodate accordingly.
